The rcp family is pleased to announce that it has a new prospective member: GamePlan, a Brazilian gaming studio offering both extensive co-development and engineering services. More details are available in the latest company deck.
Gameplan’s skills include deep understanding of current and new engines, proprietary technologies, legacy coding, cloud and streaming platforms, on both mobile and PC. The team combines creative thinking and comprehensive programming skills, consistently delivering work which exceeds clients’ expectations.
The studio is also committed to democratizing opportunities and developing the Latin American gaming ecosystem in a healthy and sustainable way, pursuing to become a standout partner to the global industry.
GamePlan is led by André Faure, an industry veteran with 27 years dedicated to the games industry, with leadership roles in companies like Microsoft, XBOX, SEGA, Gamigo and Gamehouse.

rcp Prospects are studios which are in the mutual evaluation period on the path to joining the rcp family. After the evaluation period ends, if both parties are happy to continue, rcp will become a minority stake holder in the studio and they will become a part of the family proper.
