rcp hires Elle Chen and Michal Gembicki

 

Munich, December 8, 2022 – remote control productions (rcp) has the pleasure to inform it appointed Elle Chen, as the Head of Business Development and Michal Gembicki, as the new Studio Partner. 

rcp, Europe’s major family of game developers and a multi-national fellowship of 17 game companies, has been consecutively growing its global business since 2005. Currently employing 450 individuals of 30+ nationalities, operating in 6 countries. Together all group members have already developed over 400 games and experiences. 

Following a successful year, bringing revenue growth to more than 30%, the group is expanding the team to assist the game studios’ family and foster growth in years to come.

Elle Chen joins the company as the new Head of Business Development. She brings over 12 years of experience gathered in the mobile games industry, working with mobile and F2P developers and publishers. Elle will lead the rcp Business Development to secure new and strategic partnerships with global publishers.

Michal Gembicki joins the rcp ranks, as a new Studio Partner. Together with dedicated strike force teams, he will work with rcp gaming companies, advising them on strategic decisions and helping studio heads to navigate safely in the ever-changing gaming market. Having worked in multiple executive positions at CD Projekt and Klabater, Michal will bring his knowledge and practice in self-publishing processes, games marketing, and video game production to rcp members.
